5. Warzone: Warzone is a free-to-play battle royal game mode which was first introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) and was continued in the following titles. It has the massive battles with up to 150 players, in which the teams compete to be the last one to survive on the huge map. Warzone is a mixture of the traditional battle royal play style and the quick action and shooting that Call of Duty is famous for.
6. Setting and Themes: The Call of Duty games cover various historical periods from World War II to the Cold War, to modern conflicts and even to futuristic scenarios. Each instalment discusses the different themes of the war like the nature of war, the sacrifices of soldiers, political intrigue, and the moral complexities of combat.
